Armen Mardirousi

I am honored to serve as the Vice President of Community Improvement for the Sunland-Tujunga Neighborhood Council. A dedicated member of this community, I bring extensive leadership experience in the business world, community organizations, and non-profits, backed by an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and an MBA.

 In addition to my role on the council, I am an entrepreneur—a real estate broker and a licensed general contractor—committed to driving economic growth and responsible development in our area. As a father and husband, I understand firsthand the importance of creating a safe, thriving environment where families can flourish.

 My focus is on enhancing our quality of life, increasing community security, and actively seeking input from residents to prioritize improvement projects. Having built several businesses and raised two children who are now productive adults, I appreciate both the challenges and opportunities facing Sunland-Tujunga.

 Arriving in the United States as a child, I have lived the American dream and remain dedicated to ensuring everyone’s voice is heard. My vision is for Sunland-Tujunga to serve as a beacon of light—a modern oasis that maintains its small-town feel while offering big-city opportunities.
