STNC Council Actions

Council Actions are the actual decisions made by the STNC Board of Directors at any of its public meetings. These are always the result of a vote taken by the Board, and these votes are always taken after both public and Board comment on each individual action.

•. Policy Motions refers to actions voted by the Board that reflect a Board decision on any substantive matter brought before the Board.

•. Funding Motions refers to actions voted by the Board that require an allocation of funds by the STNC.

•. Administrative Motions refers to actions voted by the Board that regulate, govern, and provide direction for, the internal workings of the STNC, its committees, and the Board of Directors.
