Dear Interested Parties,
On Jan. 7, 2025, the City Council adopted the final ordinances for the Hollywood Community Plan Update. The operative date for the ordinances is Feb. 11, 2025.
The Hollywood Community Plan Update includes General Plan Amendments, Zone Changes, and implementing ordinances like the Community Plan Implementation Overlay (CPIO) District, expansion of the Hillside Construction Regulations (HCR) District, amendments to the Vermont/Western TOD Station Neighborhood Area Plan (SNAP) Specific Plan, and amendments to the Hollywood Redevelopment Plan (HRP). These policy changes and zoning actions are intended to promote the goals and objectives of the community through the year 2040.
City Planning is in the process of updating the Zone Information and Map Access System (ZIMAS) to reflect zone changes, general plan amendments, and other various implementing ordinances.
