Assistance Dog Special Allowance (ADSA) FACT SHEET

The Assistance Special Dog Allowance (ASDA) provides a monthly payment to eligible individuals who use a guide, signal, or service dog to help them with their daily disability-related needs. The allowance helps the individual pay for food, grooming, and health care for their assistance dogs.
