Prop must be maintained free of debris and overgrown vegetation. Sweep property regularly, bring in trash receptacles, watered and maintained.
💫Debris on Sidewalk
Keeping sidewalks and parkway adjacent to their property free of trash and debris.
💫Basic Maintenance/ Repair of Buildings, structures or fences

Required maintenance of broken wood siding, damaged porch flooring /steps, window repair, roofs, exteriors in need of paint, or repair of fences. Rusted / torn window screens, broken wood siding.
💫A Frame Signs
A frame or sandwich board signs on public sidewalks are a safety hazard and liability and not permitted. Sign must be kept behind the private property line.
