CUB for the off-sale of beer and wine at a convenience market to operate 24 hours, 7 days and a Conditional Use (Section 12.24 W27) to allow the car wash in a commercial corner/mini-shopping center as well as a CU (Section 12.24 W37) for public parking in the R3. Additionally, Zone Variances to allow a portion of the car wash to intrude into the R3 zone as well as for movement of vehicles from a less restrictive to more restrictive zone and a Zoning Administrator's Adjustment (ZAA) for reduced rear yard of 0 (zero) feet in the R3.
