IMPORTANT - Proposed Home Depot Update: Received - July 15, 2008 - Letter from the City Attorney's Dispute Resolution Program Director, Avis Ridley-Thomas asking for stakeholder groups which should be represented at an initial meeting to begin the process of achieving some understanding of the issues in the matter. Reply to her office by July 21, 2008 to mediate@lacity.org - see letter here

The dispute Resolution Program has extended the date for replies to Aug 4th.
